Business & P&L Ownership- Own revenue, margin, and market share for the Analog watches category. Drive annual operating plans, forecasting, and growth interventions. Track and improve key business levers: sell-through, mix, pricing, and inventory efficiency.

Category & Product Strategy- Define the 2–3 year category roadmap aligned to trends and business goals. Lead product strategy across core, Vyb, and premiumization (materials, design, movements). Drive innovation pipelines and speed-to-market for trend-led launches.

Brand & Consumer Strategy- Shape and scale the Fastrack brand idea (Never Same. Never Sane.) within the Analog category. Translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns, drops, and collaborations. Build cultural relevance by tapping into youth subcultures (fashion, music, motorsports, etc.)

GTM & Market Leadership- Lead GTM strategy across channels. Partner with sales teams to drive channel-wise growth and execution excellence. Drive festive and key calendar moments with integrated schemes.

Product Experience- Collaborate with comms team and Elevate in-store experience through VM, storytelling, and new retail formats (e.g., kiosks). Build retail as a key lever for brand discovery and conversion.

Cross Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, supply chain, sales, analytics and comm teams to deliver outcomes.

Work Experience

8–12 years of experience in category management, brand management, or business leadership

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or consumer brands preferred

Strong track record of owning P&L and delivering business growth

Experience working across multi-channel environments (offline + online)
