Lead Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Development & Deployment

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art STA signoff tools (Tempus).
• Work closely with R&D to enhance tool features and capabilities.
• Ensure tools meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Specification & Documentation

• Write detailed specifications for tool enhancements.
• Provide inputs for development cycles and tool maturity.
• Document processes, improvements, and feature releases.

STA & ECO Expertise

• Apply knowledge of Static Timing Analysis and basic ECO (Engineering Change Order) flow.
• Perform timing analysis and verification tasks as part of tool usage and testing.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work as a passionate team player with internal and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with software engineers, managers, and stakeholders to implement solutions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute ideas for process improvement and tool enhancement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in STA and chip design tools.
