Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development and collaboration strategy for the Retail Banking division, specifically focusing on the Startup Banking segment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including startups, fintech companies, and other financial institutions, to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product development and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and updates.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and collaboration, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, with a focus on the startup segment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to implementation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
