Responsibilities

What you will own.

1. 01Own and scale the Xynvia product design system across web, mobile, and communication assets.
2. 02Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive user flows, and interactive prototypes.
3. 03Conduct user research, synthesize usability feedback, and advocate for user-centric solutions.
4. 04Partner with engineering to review front-end visual quality and ensure high-fidelity implementation.
5. 05Mentor designers, run design critique sessions, and align team goals with brand identity.

Intermediate skills

What you should bring.

• Expert-level Figma workflow (variables, auto layout, component variants, library publishing)
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and complex AI interactions
• Lightweight user testing, user interview, and usability evaluation techniques
• Excellent storytelling, visual hierarchy, and cross-functional communication

Useful, not required: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, design system tokens, motion design (After Effects), or interactive web animations is a major advantage.
