We're looking for a
Lead Product Designer who can bring
world-class visuals and
mobile-first thinking to life. This role is about setting the bar high designing products that feel beautiful, intuitive, and memorable, while guiding a team to do their best work. You'll own the end-to-end design journey, from vision to delivery, and ensure every interaction feels seamless.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for consumer-facing mobile and web platforms, driving a consistent, modern, and engaging look and feel.
- Set the visual design direction bold, refined, and pixel-perfect that makes the product stand out.
- Mentor and guide a team of designers, running reviews and helping elevate the quality of work across the board.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that combine function with visual storytelling.
- Build and evolve a scalable design system that keeps experiences cohesive.
- Run usability tests and research sessions to validate design decisions with real users.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design is aligned with user needs and growth goals.
- Stay on top of mobile design trends, introducing new ideas that give the product a competitive edge.
What You'll Bring
- 57 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that showcases strong visual design and mobile-first projects.
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, animations, and micro-interactions.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, beautiful designs.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire both design and non-design stakeholders.
