We are hiring a Lead Product Designer in Pune for a team working across Figma, UI design, design systems. 7-9 years of experience.
What You Will Work On
Figma, UI design, design systems, with Prototyping, Accessibility, Variables across the wider stack.
What You Need
- 7-9 years with Figma in a working team.
- Hands-on depth in UI design, design systems, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
- Working familiarity with Prototyping, Accessibility, Variables.
- You have led work across more than one person's remit: setting the direction, holding it, and being answerable when it slipped.
- The ability to explain a decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.

About
Not the focus of the interview, but part of the job. Teams ask about these, so be ready to talk about them:
- Handoff that survives engineering: specs, states, edge cases
- Accessibility to WCAG AA: contrast, target size, focus order
- Enough HTML and CSS to know what you are asking for
- Prototyping, and having watched somebody use one
