LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer – Supply Operations who can solve complex

operational challenges through thoughtful design, deep user understanding, and systems

thinking. You'll own the end-to-end experience for our supply ecosystem, including service

partners, operators, and field teams, helping build products that scale.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can lead the design of mission-critical

supply-side experiences, uncover operational insights through research, and create scalable

systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction across our partner network.

What You'll Do

● Design operational products at scale: Lead the design of partner-facing and operator-facing

experiences across onboarding, scheduling, task management, communication, issue

resolution, and daily operations.

● Simplify complex workflows: Transform operational complexity into intuitive, efficient, and

mobile-first experiences that support high-frequency usage and real-world constraints.

● Drive research and field immersion: Spend time with partners, operators, and field teams to

understand behaviors, pain points, motivations, and workflow bottlenecks through interviews,

shadowing, and usability testing.

● Design for diverse user groups: Build experiences optimized for multilingual users, varying

levels of digital literacy, and mobile-first environments.

● Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer

Support, and Business teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

● Improve operational efficiency: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to reduce friction,

improve onboarding success, increase task completion rates, and streamline partner journeys.

● Build scalable design systems: Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and interaction

models that create consistency across supply-side products.

● Raise the design bar: Mentor designers, contribute to design critiques, strengthen processes,

and help build a culture of design excellence across the organization.

What We're Looking For

● 6–8 years of experience in Product Design, with significant experience designing operational,

logistics, marketplace, mobility, workforce, or supply-chain products.

● Strong expertise in UX research, workflow design, service design, and systems thinking.

● Experience designing products for operational users such as delivery partners, drivers, field

agents, sellers, service providers, or internal operations teams.

● Proven ability to simplify complex business processes into intuitive and scalable user

experiences.

● Strong experience designing mobile-first products used in high-frequency environments.

● Understanding of vernacular UX, accessibility, and designing for users with varying levels of

digital familiarity.

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence

decisions across multiple functions.

● Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with a high degree of ownership and

ambiguity.
