Lead Product Designer in Supply Chain Materials Management.

In our Supply Chain IT solution team, we are now looking for Lead Product Designer in Supply Chain Materials Management (SAP MM). In this role, you will own the technical end-to-end design of IT solutions for Supply Chain Materials Management in KONE IT. You are the main contact for business stakeholders to assess the potential of proposed development requirements, being responsible for Supply Chain Materials Management portfolio, design & delivery in your area.

In this role, you collaborate closely with Global Supply Chain teams and actively support supply chain related projects and development requirements. Main stakeholders of this role are Supply Chain Process Owners, SC and Purchasing Product Owners and Designers, SC Project Managers, Service Owners and business representatives from Supply Chain area.

Position will be based in Pune or Chennai, India.

In this role, you will get to:

• Own the IT solution design for Supply Chain Materials Management (SAP MM) area
• Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to influence, collect and manage business demands and requirements for your responsibility area
• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops to facilitate & influence the strategic direction of our projects and lead customers through solution design
• Turn requirements into specification and manage development and testing to final solution together with our implementation partner

• Support in Solution Roadmap creation and backlog prioritization with the Product Owners and business stakeholders
• Compile, review and maintain required solution design documentation and related KONE Way documents
• Responsible for the data and application architectural compliance in collaboration with Architects and solution design consistency in collaboration with Configuration Owners or other equivalent technical roles
• Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities
• Guide the application support to solve complex problems and support business processes when needed
  
  

Skills & experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in supply chain operations domain
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM within supply chain management. Experience in SD and PS is considered as added advantage.
• Experience S/4HANA is advantage
• Solid E2E supply chain business process understanding
• Well versed with SAP Interfaces,IDocs, Middleware
• Previous experience working on IT projects
  
• Skilled at operating in global environments, driving alignment, and delivering impactful results across interconnected systems
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
• University level degree or equivalent
