Skills & experience we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing apps with strong fundamentals across UI/UX, systems thinking, and interaction design | Top Talent in Every Role
- Strong creative sensibility with a portfolio that reflects original thinking, emotional resonance, and end-to-end product craft | Innovation & Make Magic
- High-agency mindset with a proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to launch, navigating ambiguity with speed and clarity | Owner not a Renter
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills - able to simplify complexity and present design vision effectively | Be Curious & Keep Learning
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product experiences | Pro-Sports Team

You will
- Strategy - Partner with the Design Head to drive impact and raise the bar on design excellence
- Strategy - Own strategic and tactical design outputs aligned with business goals
- Operations - Use interactive design thinking to build user-first interfaces that evolve with user needs
- Operations - Apply deep expertise in visual and UX design across the entire product lifecycle
- Operations - Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and optimal experience
- Operations- Continuously explore how AI/automation can enhance productivity and design outcomes
- Operations- Experiment with new design tools and workflows (including AI) to accelerate speed, quality, and creativity
- Collaboration- Work with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver delightful user experiences
