What You'll Do
- Own the design lifecycle for multiple high-impact product initiatives.
- Conduct immersions, synthesize insights, and drive design strategy.
- Deliver high-quality outputs that meet craft and usability standards.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Mentor peers on ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- 5–7 years of product design experience with strong ownership qualities.
- Portfolio showing end-to-end design work with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience balancing speed with quality in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability.
