About the role

• Lead the design strategy for key product areas, ensuring a user-centred approach while aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define requirements, identify pain points, and craft intuitive solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and final implementation.
• Develop, refine, and scale design systems to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to continuously improve product experiences.
• Advocate for design excellence and foster a collaborative environment, and drive innovation in design execution.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a fast-growing start-up or a dynamic product environment.
• strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, UX research, and design system development.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
