Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics function for one of the games.
  • Work with the engineering team to shape robust data systems with the right instrumentation and visualisation capabilities.
  • Co-own the business goals and lead data-led problem-solving to find actionable insights across monetisation, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Set up a robust framework for analyzing A/B tests.
  • Work with product and business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and build analytical frameworks and presentations.
  • Build reports and dashboards that enable a more data-aware organisation and reflect the health of different initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a team of product analysts.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience; currently leading the Business Intelligence/Data Analytics team.
  • Demonstrated experience in data modelling, predictive analysis, and expertise in R, SQL, and Python.
  • Extremely strong analytical orientation and consumer understanding.
  • Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering / Statistics/ Operational Research/ Computer Science/ Mathematics, or equivalent training or work experience.
  • Experience with Reporting/BI tools.
