re.The Lead Process Engineer is an independent contributor that reports to the Director – Process Engineering. This role will work alongside team members from the business to understand the current state, upstream and downstream processes, then identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to policy, process and technology to impact business outcomes positively. Through their partnership with various cross functional teams this role will support key enterprise initiatives as well as build an environment that reinforces continuous improvement of business processes, increases consistency, reduces guest pain points and empowers other team members to enhance the value of the service they provide.
