Lead Process Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and develop technical process solutions for new and existing plants
• Develop complete process design packages across all engineering phases (Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering)
• Prepare and deliver process calculations, heat & material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, line lists, and equipment sizing documents
• Develop process datasheets for equipment including control valves, relief systems, and process equipment
• Define operation & control philosophy and process safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory, international, and project-specific design standards
• Participate in safety and design review workshops such as HAZOP, HAZID, and PHA
• Interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with licensors, OEMs, clients, and certification agencies for technical alignment
• Lead engineering teams and provide technical guidance to ensure project delivery
• Support proposal development, estimation, and project execution planning
• Contribute to process optimization, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking studies
• Support decarbonization, sustainability, and life extension initiatives
