About The Role

CTO's Office, you'll operate at the cutting edge of

large-scale distributed systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where your architecture, code, and vision will directly influence how global enterprises run.

What You'll Lead & Build
AI Research & Innovation
Design and lead development of
forecasting models,
retail foundation LLMs, and
patent-worthy AI architectures.
Collaborate with research and product teams to turn prototypes into scalable, production-grade systems.
Agentic AI Systems
Architect and build
Agent Studio and
Agent Platform-as-a-Service (Agent PaaS).
Develop
autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, act, and collaborate across enterprise workflows.
Advanced Computing & Systems Design
Drive innovation in
high-performance data platforms,
in-memory computation engines, and
distributed systems at terabytepetabyte scale.
Explore and experiment with
next-gen paradigms from
GPU acceleration to
quantum computing prototypes.
Engineering Platforms & Developer Tools
Architect
developer-first frameworks (e.g., SmartGrid, orchestration engines) that power and streamline engineering for 300+ developers.
Establish
engineering best practices, scalability patterns, and performance optimisations across teams.
