Lead / Principal Manager, Interaction Design

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of complex, data-intensive web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver user-centric experiences
• Develop prototypes using tools or code, and apply best practices in UX/UI design
• Mentor and guide designers across projects, ensuring consistency and quality

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in interaction/interface design, with 1+ year in data-rich applications
• Bachelor's degree in product, industrial, or information design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
