Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Presales Consultant to support business growth through client engagement, solution design, proposal creation, and strategic sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in RFP/RFI management, client presentations, and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end presales activities including RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal submissions
- Understand client requirements and design customized business/technology solutions
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams for solutioning
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and discovery sessions
- Prepare capability decks, SOWs, and commercial proposals
- Support deal strategy, bid management, and solution positioning
- Build strong client relationships and support revenue growth
Required Skills:
- Strong Presales / Solution Consulting experience
- Expertise in RFP / RFI / Proposal Management
- Client presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Business analysis and requirement gathering
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- IT Services / SaaS / Cloud / AI / Enterprise Solutions background
- Experience in consulting or technology sales
- PMP / ITIL / SAFe or relevant certifications
