Title: Lead Power Platform, Fabric & Copilot Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and API integrations. The role will focus on building scalable applications, enabling intelligent user experiences through Copilot, and integrating systems across the enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot & Conversational Experience
- Design and configure Copilot Studio agents to support business interactions and workflows
- Implement conversational experiences that capture user intent and guide actions
- Integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources and workflows
- Ensure responses are accurate, structured, and aligned with approved knowledge sources
2. Power Apps Development
- Develop Canvas and Model-driven applications for business processes
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with enterprise UX standards
- Implement role-based access and optimise performance
3. Power Automate (Workflow & Orchestration)
- Develop automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and system integrations
- Implement robust orchestration logic, including error handling and monitoring
- Support integration between applications and backend systems
4. Dataverse & Data Modelling
- Design and manage Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, and business rules
- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and security compliance
- Support structured data capture and lifecycle management
5. Microsoft Fabric & Data Integration
- Work with Fabric (Lakehouse / Data Warehouse / pipelines) for data integration and analytics readiness
- Enable structured, performant data access for applications and Copilot scenarios
- Support development of curated and scalable data models
6. API & Integration Development
- Design and implement REST API integrations with enterprise and external systems
- Develop and manage connectors and integration patterns
- Handle authentication, data exchange, and integration reliability
7. Governance, Performance & Security
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
- Implement environment management (Dev/Test/Prod) and deployment processes
- Optimise performance and maintain system stability
Key Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Power Automate (workflow automation and integration)
- Dataverse (data modelling and governance)
- Devops Pipeline
- Strong understanding of Data Models and Entity relationships
- Experience with:
- Copilot Studio / conversational AI solutions
- REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and integration architectures
- Exposure to analytics/reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI)
- Familiarity with governance and platform standardisation
- API Integration Experience with Zoho Manage Engine
