Role Description

North Hires is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Power BI Architect (DAX) for a full-time, on-site position in Pune. The Lead Power BI Architect will be responsible for managing data architecture, creating efficient data models, developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards, and overseeing end-to-end data warehousing solutions. This role includes building and maintaining ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability for business intelligence needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver data-driven insights will be central to this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Architecture and Data Modeling to design robust and efficient solutions
• Expertise in creating detailed and interactive Power BI Dashboards with DAX functionality
• Application of Data Warehousing concepts, including optimization and maintenance
• Comprehensive knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets for actionable insights
• Proficiency in other business intelligence and reporting tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
