We are seeking a talented Lead Power Apps Developer to oversee and enhance our organization's Microsoft Power Platform environment and deliver innovative solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the governance, security, and optimization of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot, while collaborating across departments to drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and governance of the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
- Provide technical support to users and developers within the organization to maximize the effective use of Power Platform tools
- Manage multiple environments such as development, testing, and production within the Power Platform, ensuring proper configuration and resource allocation
- Implement and manage security measures for compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, including tenant isolation, data loss prevention, access controls, and auditing
- Manage the lifecycle of applications developed on the Power Platform, including version control, updates, and decommissioning obsolete solutions
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and contribute to the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (COE) with reusable code and starter kits
- Develop and enforce best practices for user/group management, Power App/Automate solutions, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide solutions utilizing Power Platform capabilities
Requirements
- 8-13 years of general IT experience
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Background in building custom Canvas and Model-driven applications
- Strong experience in C# and JavaScript
- Expertise in Power Automate and its integration with Canvas and Model-driven apps, as well as 3rd-party applications through Power Automate Flow and Azure Functions
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio, including building bots and integrations with Microsoft Business applications, Power Pages, Microsoft Teams, and external websites
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to client needs and work as part of a digital team
- Capability to troubleshoot, take initiative, and lead complex tasks effectively
- Skills in working efficiently, responsibly, and completing tasks within reasonable timeframes
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)

- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform
- Familiarity with Azure
- Understanding of Model-driven Apps
