Role summary

The SAP Integration, Technical & QA Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing endtoend integration between ECC/S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring robust data flows, quality, and stable golive and hypercare support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the ECC/S/4HANA SAC integration architecture, including connectivity, security and performance considerations.
• Configure and manage Cloud Connector, SAC agents and related middleware for secure, reliable data access.
• Design and build HANA/CDS views and OData services to expose finance and operational data for SAC models and stories.
• Set up and optimize SAC data loads (import jobs, schedules, deltas), monitoring failures and tuning performance.
• Define and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for endtoend data and process flows from source to SAC.
• Lead UAT defect triage and resolution across integration, data, and SAC model/report layers, ensuring timely fixes and retests.
• Coordinate production cutover: transports, data migration/initial loads, reconciliation and go/nogo criteria.
• Provide post golive hypercare: incident management, performance tuning, rootcause analysis and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required experience and skills

• 5+ years in SAP technical/integration roles with strong experience in S/4HANA or ECC and at least 23 years integrating with SAC.
• Handson expertise with Cloud Connector, HANA/CDS views, OData services and SAC import connections/data loads.
• Strong background in SIT/UAT management, defect lifecycle, cutover and hypercare for SAP analytics or planning projects.
• Solid understanding of performance troubleshooting for SACS/4HANA integrations and adherence to best practices.
