The Role: We are looking for a senior Performance Marketing Lead who understands that in 2026, algorithms handle the bidding, but creatives dictate the CAC. You won't just be staring at spreadsheets; you will be the bridge between insights and high-impact creatives. You will own the entire acquisition budget across Meta and Google, with the ultimate goal of driving highly qualified users.
What You Will Do:
- Scale High-Intent Acquisition: Own and scale the Meta and Google UAC campaigns.
- Drive Creative Strategy: You will dictate the creative pipeline. You won't make the ads yourself, but you will tell the creative team exactly what hooks, formats, and angles are winning, and what needs to be produced next.
- Experienced but Hands-On: 4+ years of experience scaling B2C mobile apps. You have led teams, but you still know how to jump into Meta Ads Manager and publish a campaign yourself.
- Creative-Analytical Hybrid: You can read an AppsFlyer cohort retention report in the morning, and script a high-converting UGC video ad in the afternoon.
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and alternative platforms.
- Track & Analyze campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPM, CPI and CPO, and to identify the most effective channels and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets, attribution platforms, and analytics tools. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
