  • Evaluate ABHI's group customer and partner ecosystem to identify scalable growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer value, behavior, and lifecycle data to prioritize segments for retail conversion and cross-sell
  • Define a differentiated value proposition aligned with group business strategy and portfolio profitability
  • Develop a robust business case covering revenue upside, cost-to-serve, customer lifetime value, and ROI
  • Drive leadership alignment, decision-making, and governance for enterprise-wide execution

Conversion & Cross-Sell Model Design

  • Design end-to-end group-to-retail customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and renewal
  • Define product propositions, pricing frameworks, and benefit structures for customers
  • Develop segment-led conversion and cross-sell models using behavioral and lifecycle triggers
  • Enable scalable digital journeys, campaigns, and personalized engagement touchpoints
  • Ensure underwriting, compliance, policy issuance, and regulatory readiness
