We're looking for a high-agency partnerships leader (5-7 years experience) to build and scale SquadStack's partner ecosystem across technology, investors, and strategic GTM partners. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, product, and market expansion.
You will own relationships with global tech platforms like Amazon Web Services, Intel, NVIDIA, investors such as Blume Ventures and Chiratae Ventures, along with strategic partners and a growing network of resellers and international partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and execute SquadStack's partnerships strategy across tech platforms, SIs, BPOs, and strategic GTM partners
Identify, onboard, and scale high-impact partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion
Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives with partners
Own partner relationships end-to-end - from executive alignment to deal closure
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing to align partner-led opportunities
Track, measure, and optimise partner performance and pipeline contribution
What we are looking for
5–7 years in alliances, partnerships, or business development roles
Prior experience working with cloud/AI ecosystems or strategic partners
Strong track record of building partnerships that drive tangible revenue
Existing relationships within at least some of the mentioned ecosystems is a plus
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
