Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage DWDM, Optical Transport, and Fiber network alarms.
Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and restoration activities.
Execute maintenance activities and change implementations.
Coordinate with field teams and vendors during outages.
Handle incidents, service requests, and customer escalations.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and operational records.
Support 24x7 NOC operations and bridge calls during major incidents.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Optical networking fundamentals (DWDM, ROADM, OTN)-any one is fine
NMS/EMS monitoring tools.
Incident and change management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
