We are looking for a Team Lead - IT Recruitment to lead a team of 3-5 recruiters and manage end-to-end hiring delivery for multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of a team of recruiters.
- Manage client requirements and ensure timely closures against agreed SLAs.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for requirement understanding and hiring strategy.
- Monitor daily recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring targets.
- Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and candidate experience.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights to clients.
- Handle stakeholder communication, escalations, and delivery governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and team effectiveness.
