Role Summary:
Terracegate is seeking a dynamic Associate/Senior Associate to own the end-to-end conversion of inbound leads into active client engagements. Focus on lead handling, client communication, proposal development, and deal progression. No lead generation responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all inbound leads from first contact to conversion
- Conduct client calls to understand requirements, scope, and expectations
- Drive structured follow-ups to maintain engagement and move leads forward
- Schedule and manage client meetings across time zones; ensure calendar discipline
- Manage complex calendars including external meetings weekly and recurring internal meetings
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and detailed post-call notes
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client needs
- Draft contracts and support commercial documentation
- Create and refine pitch decks and company presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to build accurate and compelling solutions
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and responses
- Track lead status, engagement progress, and conversion metrics
- Maintain CRM hygiene and documentation of all interactions
- Always ensure high responsiveness and professional communication

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH GLOBAL CLIENTS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-6 years in business development, account management, or client-facing roles
Proven experience in managing inbound leads and driving conversions
- Experience in proposal creation, contract drafting, and client presentations
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams preferred
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
