Job Description
Looking for candidates with 15-22 years of Non-Litigation experience in handling Land Acquisition & Real Estate matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- To conduct property due diligence and handle end to end documentation required for acquisition of PAN India Properties (specifically North India, East India and Gujarat)
- Structure, Negotiate and finalize MOU, sale deeds, lease deeds and other transaction documents
- Apply structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization.
- Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team performance
- Interactions: Law firms, advocates, solicitors, business development teams, and developers.
