Lead Network Engineer

ABC is looking for a Lead Network Engineer to join our high-impact team! You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a highly available enterprise network spanning corporate offices, data centers, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

This is a hands-on, leadership role where you'll manage and secure both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, support network automation (Terraform/Ansible), and ensure our environments are scalable, secure, and always-on.

What You'll Work On:

• Design & support enterprise network/security infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)
• Cloud networking: VPCs, TGWs, Direct Connect, Load Balancing (AWS/Azure)
• Implement IaC for network configurations (Terraform, Ansible)
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP stack, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs
• Support monitoring tools (Solarwinds, AppDynamics), network logging, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and incident response

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in enterprise networking (on-prem + cloud)
• 3+ years of AWS/Azure networking experience
• Strong with Cisco, Palo Alto, Firewalls, Load Balancers (F5), VPNs
• Experience with compliance (PCI-DSS), security protocols, and automation
• Bonus: scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Kubernetes, monitoring tools
• Certifications like CCNP/PCNSE/AWS are a plus
