We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, specifically C# and SQL, and will play a crucial role in leading software development projects while mentoring junior developers. Experience with RabbitMQ and Python is a plus.
Software Requirements:
Proficient in C# for developing robust applications.
Basic SQL knowledge for database interactions and queries.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ for implementing messaging solutions.
Python knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Overall Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using .NET technologies.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Technical Skills:
Programming Languages: C#, SQL, Python (good to have)
Frameworks/Technologies: .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET
Messaging: RabbitMQ
Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or similar
Development Tools: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum
Experience:
Minimum of
6+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on .NET development.
Proven experience leading software development projects and teams.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Lead the development team in building high-quality software applications.
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
