Lead – Sourcing (Specialty Fertilizers)

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing/Procurement professional with strong expertise in Specialty Fertilizers, Agrochemicals, or Crop Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing of specialty fertilizers, imported/domestic materials, and packing materials
• Manage domestic & international suppliers and vendor development
• Drive procurement, production planning, inventory management, and supply planning
• Handle import procurement, licensing, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements
• Identify alternate sources and manage geopolitical supply risks
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and working capital efficiency
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance for seamless supply

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement
• Experience in Specialty Fertilizers / Agrochemicals / Crop Protection / FMCG
• Strong exposure to Import Procurement, Vendor Management & Supply Chain
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and import-export regulations
• MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred; Agriculture/Chemical Engineering background advantageous
