ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the build-out of our international campaign delivery and partner ecosystem across North America, EMEA, and MENA. This is a high-ownership role that will work closely with the founders to establish, grow, and manage our international revenue channels through a mix of in-house delivery, affiliate partnerships, publisher relationships, ad agency tie-ups, and brand-side opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in international affiliate and performance marketing, strong market relationships or the ability to build them quickly, and a clear understanding of how to scale campaigns through performance-driven commercial models such as CPA, CPL, and related structures.
This role is suited to someone who can combine business development, partnership management, campaign commercialisation, and market expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with international publishers, affiliates, ad agencies, brands, and performance partners across NA, EMEA, and MENA.
- Help establish and scale the company's international campaign delivery pipeline across channels, including RCS, Email, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, as well as through affiliate, publisher, and agency routes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic international relationships across publishers, affiliate networks, agencies, and other ecosystem partners.
- Work closely with the founders to shape international market strategy, commercial priorities, and partner growth plans.
- Lead negotiations on payouts, commercials, margins, partnership terms, and delivery structures across performance-led models.
- Drive revenue growth through CPA, CPL, and other performance-based campaign models.
- Monitor partner quality, campaign performance, conversion trends, and ROI, and work with internal teams to optimise outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in India and internationally to build partnerships and expand market presence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, performance marketing, or a closely related role.
- Strong exposure to North America, EMEA, and MENA markets.
- Proven experience working with or managing publishers, affiliates, affiliate networks, ad agencies, or performance-driven partnerships in international markets.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and related performance/commercial models.
- Experience scaling campaign delivery through multiple routes, including direct, affiliate, publisher, and agency-led channels.
- Good commercial judgment with the ability to negotiate payouts, margins, and partnership structures effectively.
- Willingness and ability to attend relevant industry conferences and events for business development and partner acquisition.
PREFERRED:
- Existing relationships within international publisher, affiliate, agency, or advertiser ecosystems.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing agency, affiliate network, publisher-side business development role, or international campaign delivery environment.
- Experience helping build a new market, business line, or partnership vertical from the ground up.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
You are likely a good fit if you have:
- built or managed international publisher, affiliate, or agency relationships directly,
- handled performance-led campaigns across multiple geographies,
- worked on commercial models like CPA/CPL/CPI/CPS and understand scale, quality, and profitability,
- and can contribute as a builder, not just an execution coordinator.
You are likely not a great fit if your experience is limited to:
- only India-focused campaigns,
- only internal media buying without partner development,
- or junior account management without ownership of revenue and partnerships.
