We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Lead Full Stack – Front End Developer to drive the development of scalable web applications and lead front-end initiatives. This role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with designers and backend teams, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Build high-quality and responsive UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web experiences
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, or Java/Spring Boot
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and cloud services
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design system standards
- Manage technical risks and provide timely resolutions to blockers and escalated issues.
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack
Required Skills-
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Backend development experience in Node.js or Java (Spring Boot)
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and state management tools
(Redux, Context API)
- Experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design principles
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design handoff tools
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git workflows.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's/ Master's in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
