Lead – Creative & Content
Work Timings: 10:15 am – 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st & 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Reports to: Brand Manager
Location: Corporate Office, Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station), occasionally from Andheri Campus
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
About the Role
Looking for a Manager who will own content from idea → script → production → delivery → performance feedback.
You will oversee video strategy, content planning, post-production quality, and the overall creative direction of Social Media channels, Ads, and Retention.
We are looking for a Content Planning & Delivery Manager who can:
- Build a bank of content angles, formats & hooks
- Plan monthly creative output
- Coordinate with the team of designers & video editors
- Use AI tools to increase production efficiency and creative experimentation
- Ensure delivery across paid + organic
- Build content architecture across Top Funnel, Middle Funnel & Bottom Funnel
This person is the bridge between Strategy, Creatives & Performance
What You'll Do:
- Video Strategy & Production - Develop and oversee content concepts, storyboards, and creative directions aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage and direct video shoots, ensuring smooth on-ground execution and adherence to technical requirements.
- Review video edits and provide guidance on improvements. Oversee motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, and brand consistency.
- Ensure efficient workflows across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
- Build social media content pillars, themes, and messaging to drive continuous audience growth.
- Plan content calendars, Coordinate campaign rollouts, content sequencing, and daily publishing.
- Work closely with Paid Ads, Events, Design, and Academic teams to ensure creative alignment.
- Lead and mentor editors, social media associates, and interns.
- Maintain an organised library of video files, project assets, and content archives.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in video production, digital content creation, digital ads creation or social media marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing video, social media content, or campaign work.
- Strong understanding of short-form performance mechanics for Social Media and Ads (hooks, retention curves, CTA placement)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, organisation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing small creative or production teams.
- Ability to lead multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects will be a plus.
- Comfort with AI-based creative tools and willingness to adapt to new trends.
Educational Background :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Film, Media, Communication, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
