Job Description

  • Lead and manage employee mobility processes to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance mobility programs within the oil sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on mobility-related matters.
  • Oversee immigration, relocation, and tax compliance processes for employees.
  • Monitor and improve cost efficiency in mobility operations.
  • Ensure alignment of mobility policies with company objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on mobility practices and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Mobility should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A total of 8-12 years of experience
  • Experience in managing mobility programs within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and relocation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to mobility operations.
