Job Description

Lead and manage employee mobility processes to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with policies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance mobility programs within the oil sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on mobility-related matters.
Oversee immigration, relocation, and tax compliance processes for employees.
Monitor and improve cost efficiency in mobility operations.
Ensure alignment of mobility policies with company objectives and regulatory standards.
Provide training and support to HR teams on mobility practices and procedures.
Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Mobility should have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
A total of 8-12 years of experience
Experience in managing mobility programs within the energy and natural resources industry.
Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and relocation processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to mobility operations.
