What's the role
As a
Machine Learning / AI Engineer, you will support AI and data initiatives by building and enhancing analytics and data engineering foundations that enable customer insights and GenAI‑driven use cases. You will design scalable data ingestion, transformation, and analytics capabilities that power dashboards, KPIs, trend analysis, and AI‑assisted insight generation. You will work closely with analytics, engineering, quality, and GenAI teams to translate complex data into reliable, usable, and actionable insights that support both operational and strategic decision‑making. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining analytical datasets, metrics, and semantic layers to support dashboards, KPIs, and drill‑down reporting
- Designing and implementing automated data ingestion and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Supporting taxonomy alignment, metadata enrichment, and data discoverability to improve AI readiness
- Integrating analytics pipelines with GenAI and agentic AI components for insight generation and exploration
- Applying data quality checks, validation logic, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyzing complex datasets to surface meaningful insights aligned with business logic and customer behavior
- Collaborating across teams to clarify requirements, contribute to solution design, and deliver aligned outcomes
Who are you
- You bring hands‑on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, backend engineering, or data analytics, with strong SQL skills and experience working with analytical datasets and metric development.
- You are comfortable building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, working with APIs, and handling both structured and unstructured data.
- You have a solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and validation practices.
- You are familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or similar platforms.
- You are curious about applying GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows and automate repetitive analytical tasks.
- You can clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across teams and disciplines.
- You navigate ambiguity with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
- You apply critical thinking to ensure analytical outputs align with business realities and strategic needs.
