Lead MEP Billing

• Lead MEP billing and commercial management across HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical packages.
• Verify contractor RA bills, measurements, BOQs, quantity reconciliation and rate analysis.
• Review variations, extra items, change orders and contractual claims before certification.
• Monitor MEP package budgets, committed costs, billing progress and cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate with Project, MEP, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and PMC teams for timely certification and payment.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure billing is aligned with approved drawings, BOQs and actual site execution.
• Maintain MIS covering billed value, certified value, pending certification, variations and package-wise commercial status.
• Support tendering, vendor comparison, contract administration and final account closure.

Ideal Candidate

• 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Mumbai-based developer.
• B.E. Mechanical mandatory; NICMAR qualification strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP Billing / Quantity Surveying / Contracts & Commercial rather than purely MEP execution.
• Exposure to large residential or high-rise projects in Mumbai/MMR preferred.
