Hiring: Lead Mentor Stock Market (Intraday, F&O, Swing Trading)

We are looking for a Lead Mentor to head our investing and trading education vertical and guide thousands of learners across Telugu speaking regions.

Role Overview

The Lead Mentor will be responsible for curating course content, delivering pre-recorded and live classes, supporting students, and building a strong mentor team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and structure high-quality content for: Intraday Trading Futures & Options (F&O) Swing Trading

Present and record video lessons for pre-recorded modules

Conduct live sessions (classes, Q&A, strategy breakdowns)

Engage actively in student communities to answer doubts Mentor learners and help improve their trading understanding

Display strong leadership qualities to build, manage, and guide a growing team of mentors

Required Skills & Experience

6 months 1 year of positive PnL in intraday and F&O (mandatory)

Strong grasp of: Price action Technical analysis Risk management Trading psychology Market structure

Hands-on experience with Indian markets and trading platforms NISM certification is an added advantage

Excellent communication and content delivery skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and intermediates
