Job Description

Lead mechanical engineering activities for industrial projects across process, chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors
Understand client requirements and contract specifications to ensure effective project execution
Independently manage multiple projects within global engineering teams with minimal supervision
Develop and deliver comprehensive mechanical design packages across all project phases
Perform equipment selection, sizing, and detailed engineering for static and rotating equipment
Prepare and review technical deliverables including datasheets, specifications, RFQs, requisitions, TBEs, and technical recommendations
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical evaluations, drawing reviews, and documentation approvals
Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, process licensors, certification agencies, and vendors
Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality deliverables
Support proposal development, cost estimation, and resource planning activities
Execute early engineering phases including feasibility studies, concept design, FEED, debottlenecking, and facility upgrades
Perform troubleshooting and provide technical solutions for plant operations and performance improvement
Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO
Utilize engineering tools such as PVElite and 3D model review software for design validation
Contribute to sustainability initiatives including decarbonization, life extension, and efficiency improvements
Maintain adherence to HSEQ standards, company policies, and project quality requirements
