Job Purpose: Lead - Marketing is responsible for spearheading the implementation of comprehensive and strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility and reputation of Adani Group's airport offerings. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, and fostering sustainable revenue growth through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Implementation Marketing Strategies:
Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Adani Group's airport offerings across various channels.
Build properties which can be launched at all airports to drive customer engagement leading to higher dwell time.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
Brand Management And Positioning
Oversee the creation and implementation of a strong brand identity for Adani Group's airport outlets, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Build Alliances and get more brands into the airport for activities such as sampling, activations, pop ups and more. Build a robust revenue pipeline through this.
Uphold Adani's brand values in all interactions and build strong relationships to fortify brand trust and loyalty.
Market Research And Consumer Insights
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
Digital Marketing And Social Media Management
Lead the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials that align with the airport's brand.
Performance Analysis And Reporting
Regularly monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing efforts through comprehensive reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership And Development
Encourage team collaboration and accountability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet organizational goals effectively.
Mentor and coach team members, identifying high-potential individuals and developing them into future leaders through focused development plans.

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with MBA in sales and marketing from an institute of repute with additional certifications in Aviation Management or Marketing can be advantageous.
Work Experience
8 - 12 years of experience in marketing, aviation or travel industry, digital marketing, brand management, and partnership development is essential. Proficiency in data analytics and a track record of successful marketing campaigns are highly valued.
