Role: Manufacturing Client Lead Digital Transformation & Data
Location: Bangalore / Travel to USA

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner for key manufacturing clients, owning the relationship, transformation roadmap, and outcomes.
- Lead functional consulting: as-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.
- Translate business problems into data- and analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.
- Drive presales cycles: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal and SOW creation, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting / digital transformation / solution leadership within the manufacturing domain.
- Proven end-to-end ERPimplementation experience(or similar), with a strong functional consulting background across manufacturing processes and value chains.
- Strong grounding in data, analytics, and BI (data models, KPIs, dashboards) and ease working with data/technical teams.
- Demonstrated presales experience: shaping solutions, building proposals/SOWs, and presenting to senior executives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
