Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lead Manufacturing Engineering role located in Pune. The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for new product facility readiness, RFQ preparation, Control plant, PFMEA, providing training, and ensuring effective communication within the manufacturing team. Candidate should be from Electronics manufacturing industry only.

Qualifications

• Communication and Training skills
• 7 to 14 Years Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Leadership experience is preferred
