Job Description

  • Strong desire to solve mathematical problems
  • Good understanding of data structures and SQL operations is a plus
  • Eye for detail and ability to comprehend conditions related to variable pay / commissions in an employment contract
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
  • Ability to create detailed presentations and excellent communication skills to showcase product capabilities, differentiators, etc.
  • Strong technology background preferred with 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in SAAS platforms.

Willingness to work in US timings and travel to meet prospects for closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to identify prospect requirements and provide technical solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Build proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate platform capabilities and provide necessary assistance to prospects during product evaluation.
  • Be the go-to product expert for the sales team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and become their technical advocate.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in competitor landscape and provide insights and recommendations to prospects and team members
  • Influence product roadmap by gathering the critical feedback from prospects and turn them into product requests.
