- Strong technology background preferred with 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in SAAS platforms.
Willingness to work in US timings and travel to meet prospects for closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to identify prospect requirements and provide technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Build proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate platform capabilities and provide necessary assistance to prospects during product evaluation.
- Be the go-to product expert for the sales team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and become their technical advocate.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in competitor landscape and provide insights and recommendations to prospects and team members
- Influence product roadmap by gathering the critical feedback from prospects and turn them into product requests.
