This is a full-time remote role for a Lead/Manager/Director STA Engineer. The engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of Static Timing Analysis (STA), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Primary responsibilities include performing comprehensive STA checks, debugging timing issues, working on developing and maintaining timing constraints, and implementing industry-standard timing closure techniques. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving projects to successful completion, and ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.

• Proven expertise in Static Timing Analysis (STA), timing closure, and design convergence
• Proficient in EDA tools and methodologies for timing analysis and debugging
• Strong knowledge of design methodologies pertaining to ASIC/SoC and physical design domains
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, TCL, Perl) for automation and process enhancements
• Excellent problem-solving skills with practical knowledge of delay modeling and RC computation
