* Check and forward leads to respective channels and verticals on whatsapp and mail

* Assigning Sales leads on ZOHO CRM and check lead updation

* Check Mails and forward relevant mails to respecive departments

* Check and take reverts on forwarded leads

* Maintaining all channel and Vertical wise lead data in excel for all Marketing Sources

* Updating feedbacks in respective data excel sheets

* Attending Incoming call leads on Marketing AI number and forward if there any enquiry.

Digital Assets

*Checking the Company's Outlet-wise Microsites (Websites)

*Checking GMB pages

*Checking the Company's all Outlet Hotline Numbers
