We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Lead – Maintenance professional to oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of refrigeration systems in our commercial properties. This leadership role demands strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of system regulations, and the ability to manage and guide a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure system performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the installation of new refrigeration systems in commercial properties.
- Evaluate existing systems and guide upgrades to align with current safety standards and regulations.
- Interpret and review blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer documentation for equipment.
- Oversee and perform complex maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to explain system operations and address concerns.
- Apply knowledge of plumbing and electrical components in the context of refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulatory codes.
- Train, mentor, and support junior maintenance staff and technicians.
- Maintain records, generate performance reports, and contribute to budgeting for maintenance needs.
