Key Requirement for the Position


We need a dedicated resource for handling the High court and MACT matters

Job Description


Handling and monitor High court MACT cases
Coordinate with advocate and internal team members for case updates and instructions
Prepare and review drafts, Affidavits, and required legal documents
Ensure timely filling, follow up hearing dates and adherence to court timelines.
Maintain updated records trackers and prepare periodic status reports.
Support settlements discussion documentation and ensure proper closure of cases in system
