Technology Contracting & Vendor Governance
Supporting Actions:

Review, draft, and negotiate technology, SaaS, cloud, software licensing, cybersecurity tool, API integration, and IT infrastructure agreements. Ensure strong protection around IP ownership, confidentiality, liability, performance, audit, and commercial terms. Support vendor evaluation and ABSSL contract management processes.

Media, Advertising & Brand Communication Compliance
Supporting Actions:

Review marketing creatives, digital campaigns, advertising materials, social media content, and communication strategies. Ensure compliance with ASCI, SEBI, RBI, IRADI guidelines, sectoral regulations, and brand standards. Provide guidance to Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams.

Intellectual Property Management & Content Rights
Supporting Actions:

Advise on IP creation, content licensing, usage rights, software ownership, copyright protection, and trademark matters. Vet scripts, creatives, digital assets, website/app content, and production agreements.

Digital Product & Technology Advisory Support
Supporting Actions:

Provide legal inputs for digital customer journeys, product features, UI/UX flows, technology architecture, third-party integrations, and digital transformation projects. Ensure legally compliant design and execution of technology initiatives.

Cross-Functional Legal Support for IT, Digital & Marketing Teams
Supporting Actions:

Partner with IT, digital transformation, cybersecurity, marketing, product, procurement, and operations teams to support technology procurement, project rollout, and digital innovation. Provide actionable legal guidance on new technologies, automation tools, and digital business models.

Regulatory Tracking & Industry Engagement
Supporting Actions:

Track emerging laws and regulatory changes in TMT, technology contracting, media, telecom, IP, and advertising. Liaise with ABG Group legal teams and industry bodies to align adoption of best practices.
