Summary: L&D Team - The Learning and Development Team is responsible for conducting new hire orientation and assessments, managing the training portal, and maintaining process manuals for all BPO teams. The team also coordinates cross-trainings, refresher sessions, and product-specific training programs. Additional responsibilities include content development for internal platforms, maintaining key business resources, collaborating with the IT team to enhance applications, and performing other duties as required to support continuous learning and
operational excellence.
Role & responsibilities
1. Build and lead a high-performing L&D team, providing coaching andmentorship to foster professional growth.
2. Establish a clear vision and direction for the L&D function, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
3. Conduct a training needs assessment to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that addresses identified needs.
5. Design and deliver engaging, effective training programs for employees at all levels by utilizing a variety of learning methods, including instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning etc.
6. Develop and implement a robust evaluation process to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning within MSI Services India by promoting learning opportunities and resources for employees.
8. Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
Qualifications & Experience required
1. Bachelor's degree in any field (master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing an L&D team.
4. Strong instructional design skills with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
5. Expertise in a variety of learning methodologies, including instructor-led training, eLearning & blended learning.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
9. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
11. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
