Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and organisation's global people agenda.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership and managerial capability-building programs for emerging and senior leaders.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and translate insights into targeted development interventions.
  • Program Management: Plan, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and measurable impact.
  • Digital Learning & LMS Management: Oversee digital learning initiatives, manage the learning management system (LMS), and drive adoption of blended learning approaches.
  • Culture & Engagement: Partner with HR leadership to strengthen organizational culture through learning-based engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure delivery of compliance training and effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external learning partners, vendors, and the overall L&D budget efficiently.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Establish metrics and dashboards to measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and employee capability outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Adult learning, Organizational Development or a related discipline. Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development would be an added advantage.
  • 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3-5 years leading the L&D function in a mid to large, multi-site organization.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks, competency mapping, and instructional design principles.
  • Experience managing digital learning platforms and leveraging analytics for learning impact measurement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery, roll up your sleeves attitude highly preferred.
